For those firearms being shipped, they will need to be shipped to a local FFL in your area and they will do the transfer and NICS check if required. We will do transfers and NICS checks if required for all purchasers that pickup items locally. Should you not agree with our terms, please don't bid because you will be held to them. For those items that we sell as new, if any warranty exists its between you and the manufacturer. This is an online only auction and no preview or inspection period is being offered. We try to list these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all the items we sell. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied and any remaining factory warranty must be negotiated with the manufacturer or distributor directly and is the buyers sole responsibility. Remember this is an auction and all sales are final. Most of the new guns we have listed may have been on display in the gun store but are new and unfired unless fired at the factory.
